What You Need to Know
What is EyeCap? EyeCap is an AI-powered platform that helps SaaS founders and marketers create promotional UGC-style videos for their products. You create products and campaigns, upload images and videos, and our AI (Sora 2 via Kie.ai) generates professional videos for you to use in your marketing.
Who can use it? You must be at least 18 years old to use EyeCap. When you sign up, you're responsible for keeping your account secure and providing accurate information.
What you can and cannot do: You can create videos for legitimate business purposes and use them commercially. However, you cannot create illegal, harmful, pornographic, or misleading content. You also cannot upload content that belongs to someone else without permission, or use the service to harass or deceive people.
Who owns the videos? You own all rights to the videos we generate for you. You can use them however you want for your business without any restrictions. We won't use your uploaded content to train AI models—we only use it to create your videos.
How does billing work? You'll be charged monthly or annually depending on your plan (Free, Starter, Pro, or Enterprise). Each plan includes monthly credits used to generate videos. Fees are generally non-refundable, but we'll consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of each month.
What if something goes wrong? The service is provided "as is" without guarantees. We're not responsible for any business losses, data loss, or other indirect damages from using the service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
Can you change the terms? Yes, we can modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of major changes, and your continued use means you accept the updates. If you disagree, stop using the service.
What about team collaboration? Some plans allow you to create workspaces where team members can collaborate. The workspace owner manages billing and member access. Workspace resources (products, campaigns, videos, credits) are shared among members. Different roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer) have different permission levels.
What if my account is terminated? We can suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, provide false information, or don't pay. You can also delete your account anytime from Settings. When you delete your account, there's a 30-day grace period where you can cancel the deletion. After 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted.
