How do we use your information? We use your information to provide the service, generate your videos, process payments, send you important account emails, improve our platform, and keep everything secure. If you opt in, we'll also send you marketing emails about new features and updates.

Do you train AI models with my content? No. Your uploaded images, screenshots, and text are used ONLY to create your requested videos. We do not use your content to train any AI models.

Who do we share your data with? We share your data only with trusted service providers who help us run the platform: AI video generation (Kie.ai/Sora 2), backend infrastructure (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), error tracking (Sentry), logging (Better Stack), and bot prevention (Google reCAPTCHA). We have agreements that protect your data. We do NOT sell your personal information to anyone.

How long do we keep your data? We keep your account information while your account is active. When you delete your account, there's a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. Usage logs are kept for 90 days. Payment records are kept for 7 years for legal and tax purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Is my data secure? Yes. We use encryption, secure servers, access controls, and regular security monitoring to protect your information. While no system is 100% secure, we take data protection very seriously.

What are my privacy rights? You can request to see, correct, or delete your personal data. You can download your data, opt out of marketing emails, and manage your privacy settings in your account. International data transfers: Your data may be stored and processed in different countries, including the United States. We use legal safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data when it crosses borders.
